  • Developing and implementing CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and loyaltyManaging and maintaining the company’s CRM system, including data entry, data cleansing, and data segmentation
  • Analyzing customer data and behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns and communications to increase customer retention and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure
  • CRM system is aligned with business goals and objectivesEnsuring the accuracy and completeness of customer data in the CRM systemProviding training and support to staff members on the use
