Job description

• Manage day-to-day technical support activities and handle client communication.
• Prioritize and resolve issues efficiently, serving as the primary point of contact for ticket resolution.
• Document issue resolution approaches, unit test plans, and test results.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Technical Specifications (TE040), and Training Manuals for new development activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of overall experience in Oracle Applications, with at least 5 years specifically in Oracle Apps.
• Minimum of 1 Oracle EBS Finance implementation experience and 2 projects in Support.
• Strong expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles.
• Experience in various phases of project implementation lifecycle and knowledge of implementation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in documenting Functional Design Documents, Test Scripts, and Training Manuals.
• Ability to support technical development, build test scripts, and conduct application testing.
