Job description

The HR Manager will be a core member of the Bold leadership team responsible for a critical function in our organization, planning and implementing company-wide procedures, and bringing energy that positively impacts the entire organization.You will report directly to the Head of HR and Finance and key senior executives.

Job Description – HR Operations

Manage, train, and develop the HR Ops teamOversee, manage, and improve onboarding and offboarding processesEnforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and proceduresLead workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination proceduresConduct performance and compensation/benefits reviewPropose, review, approve, and implement employee engagement activitiesRetains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.Handle HR reports and communications to employees and both internal and external stakeholdersEnsures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

At least 3 years managing a team of at least 5 membersAt least 4-6 or more years of experience in HR OperationsExperience working in a BPO setting as an HR Manager (Preferred)In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practicesDemonstrable experience with HR metricsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsGood time-management skills and ability to work under pressureMust be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite toolsA designated work areaAble to support a Work from Home setupOwn PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)Internet speed no lower than 10 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
