1) Possess good communication skills in mentioned languages English, Hindi & Telugu (or) English, Hindi & Marathi (or) English, Hindi & Bengali.

4) Flexible for Rotational Shifts between 06:00 AM to 11:45PM (any 9 Hrs)

 

5) Typing Speed: Min 20 to 25 WPM

 

6) Age Limit: 30 Yrs

 

 

Freshers salary 2 LPA

 

 

About the Job: The Job requires interacting with customers over calls to ensure all issues are resolved to customer’s satisfaction. Job requires you to understand the customer’s problem accurately, follow the established procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers.
