RESPONSIBILITIES : -Review, code, and enter all A/P expense invoices for USA and EU, including for multiple divisions and entitiesPayments processing handling of Check, ACH & Wire payments, Payment returns/rejections, corresponding accounting entries in ERPSystems experience in multiple ERP systems, including Dynamics, Oracle, Epicor, as well as potentially R4, Infor, Abas/Date, or othersPotential management abilities, for team growthExperience with start-up operations, internal controls, including acquiring appropriate approvals for A/P expenses/ invoicesField vendor phone calls and emails, with ability for account reconciliationsSupport plant operating personnel with receiving paperwork and invoice matchingAP month end close processStrong quantitative skills for assistance in managing cash balances and accounts payable leadership for a growing business
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS : – Proficient in handling large amounts of data in multiple ERPs and excel, and other financial systemsStrong Analytical skillsStrong English speaking skillsPositive working attitude, capable of overcoming challengesProcess improvement ability to implement continuous process improvementsDetail-oriented, capable of balancing a number of shared service tasksCapable of developing strong working relationships with teammates and across multiple US and EU locationsIT strengths are a plus, given many different systems

SummaryThis position is responsible for supporting the USA and EU Accounts Payables functions. The position reports to the Accounts Payable Manager in India and work directly with the teams in USA and EU.
Shift : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM / 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Cab facility available)
