Job description

Role: Customer Success Manager

Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore

Experience: 5-10 Years

What you’ll do here:

  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client retention and expansion.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute an account management plan based on a thorough understanding of the customer’s industry.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of our products or services, including conducting demos and workshops as needed.
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Maintain constant surveillance on client fulfilment, delivery timeliness and quality, commitment observance, and building relationships with important stakeholders to cultivate and expand current accounts.
  • Works closely with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
  • Communicates the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the Team.
  • Closely monitor campaigns and ensure the effectiveness of communication.
  • Manage customer expectation with respect to deliverables.


What you will need to thrive:

  • 5+ years of experience out of which at least 3+ years experience in Customer management

with external clients in a professional service environment.

  • Bachelors or masters degree.
  • Proven track record of success in account management, preferably in the IT and Services industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Willingness to travel, as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Any graduation / Post graduation
