Role: Customer Success Manager
Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore
Experience: 5-10 Years
What you’ll do here:
- Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client retention and expansion.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute an account management plan based on a thorough understanding of the customer’s industry.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of our products or services, including conducting demos and workshops as needed.
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
- Maintain constant surveillance on client fulfilment, delivery timeliness and quality, commitment observance, and building relationships with important stakeholders to cultivate and expand current accounts.
- Works closely with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Communicates the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the Team.
- Closely monitor campaigns and ensure the effectiveness of communication.
- Manage customer expectation with respect to deliverables.
What you will need to thrive:
- 5+ years of experience out of which at least 3+ years experience in Customer management
with external clients in a professional service environment.
- Bachelors or masters degree.
- Proven track record of success in account management, preferably in the IT and Services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Willingness to travel, as required.
Education & Experience:
- Any graduation / Post graduation
